Looking for this dark and twisted manga where this guys becomes crippled and is being taken care of by the seme, i guess the seme was the only one who paid attention to him when he became crippled. So the uke becomes dependent on him, i guess the seme nice behavior is a ruse. Since the seme is in love with the uke and to make sure the uke becomes all his, he made sure that the uke becomes crippled, so he literary caused his accident. The uke sister found out and told the uke, the uke didn't believe it at first, so the sister when to confront the seme about it. Than the sister goes missing, i am guessing the seme killed her.... In the end the uke stays with the seme, because he is quite aware that since he is crippled and no one else wants him. He is better off staying with the crazy seme because he is the only person who will actually love, and care for him. (Also the sister and the uke weren't really close, they had an antagonistic behavior around each other) Hope someone recognizes this....
