This is adapted from a novel and I don't think the artist's heart was really in it so they botched it. Judging by their other work they were phoning this one in.
Oh thanks! I wanna check out the novel then! It's sad because I am interested in the plot but that makes sense if its just the artist that isnt doing this justice.
I've stuck around cause I can see the vision but the execution is not good. There’s a lot of potential with the plot but its pacing and the way its being told is annoying to follow. I wonder if this author is new and just needs more experience. Also the whole "lost all their memories" trope is annoying enough once but now its happened to him twice?????? why
