Duchess(karhans mom) hates Karhan BECAUSE OF THE FUCKING ASSHOLE OLDER BROTHER. I SWEAR IF YALL WOULD HATE SOMEONE TO DEATH I PRESENT YOU BLAIR(Assh*Le)

ANYWAY. Blair(assh*le) keeps on placing dead animals infront of duchess door, destroying her room or stealing her things basically all an assh*le can do and he blames it on Karhan while the assh*Le pretends to be the angel he FUCKING ISNT!!! Duchess believes the assh*les words, Karhans the one who places flowers every morning on the duchess window. But duchess believes it is assh*les doing. So she hates Karhan. And Karhan knows that he was framed by assh*Le but doesn't clarify because duchess believes honest to God that assh*Le is an angel gifted from above but just quietly accepts duchess abuse coz he was still hoping for her love. (remember the first time FL and ML meet? He was looking for music/jewelry box? IT WAS A GIFT FOR HIS MOM WHO HATES HIM)

Karhan will be accepted and respected by the Bloden Family. He will be unconditionally loved and basically be adopted by the Bloden family. Karhan will feel the love he never experienced with his family and will finally feel how a family should be. I think he was basically living with the Bloden family in the future not because of the fake engagement.(I'm not sure bout this but they are really close.)

Assh*Le kills the Duke infront of Duchess. Duchess IS STILL IN DENIAL that he is inherently evil. Until he said he is her beloved boy, the one who always buys her flowers and places them infront of her door. Duchess realizes that it was not him, since Karhan leaves the flowers which were from the garden ALWAYS by her window.

Karhans mom will realize near the end that it was Karhan who is her sweet beloved son and not the assh*le. LIKE SERIOUSLY? YOU NEED A MURDERED HUSBAND, A NECK DEEP IN DEBT, HATED BY ALL EVEN THE NOBLES AND EVEN BY HIS OWN FATHER DRUGGIE MURDERER SON, AND TESTIMONIES FROM ALL YOUR SERVANTS WHO YOU JUST NOW AFTER DECADES INTERVIEWED BEFORE YOU START TRUSTING YOUR BELOVED SON???? (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ She begs the ML to come back to the Duchy and take his place as DUKE.REGREEEET. But ML doesn't want to go back and wants to stay with the Bloden.

At the end she gives her very important vote to Karhan to become the Duke and leaves the duchy promising never to appear before ML again (ML thinks mom still doesn't care about him and since assh*Le will be executed and her husband dead, she has no purpose that's why she left) and lives her life quietly back at her parents home and works there. She sends Karhan money for payment for the Loan she took for the assh*Le while Karhan sends her gifts and letters but she doesn't reply.

*Stella will be team ML and FL in the future. She's just a lonely character who wants love. She'll be a business woman working with FL.

*Blair will die by Execution. (too good for him, I'm dissapointed)

*ML is a normal person who was forced to join the war at age 14 (he isn't born talented, he is just a caring, sweet hardworking person with PTSD.) Bloden family helps Karhan be the Duke and with his PTSD. FL uses money (bribe people to teach him) on Karhan to be the best person he can be so no one can look down or question is abilities(hence the title)

*Countess (FLs mom) is his swordsmanship teacher. Who teaches him not to be afraid of the sword and believes ML has potential to be an actual Hero. ( he is scared of the sword because of PTSD)

*Duke(MLs Father) doesn't care other than family reputation. One of the reason he chose Karhan as successor because of his achievements(participating in war and clean background) compared to Blair(who's only notable achievement is having a target behind his back for killing another Noble son while he is high) he dies being being bludgeoned to death by Blair after telling Blair he will never be Duke.

*ML and FL will have........ 4 children! Triplet sons and youngest daughter who was born 11 years after the triplets.

I might be wrong on some parts but that's the gist of it!!

The fact that she never even investigates about the “gift” things is insanely. SHE should have been punished more as well TTwTT but love that Karhan learns about real family love!

Ikr! That's why I can't stay not mad at the mom. Undeniable fact that she ignored one son in favor of the other. And that's her choice
