Fr they kindda just used it so they can easily put omega stimulant and he won't find the pill suspicious.....like "give him an illness that'll need him to take daily meds then let ml change it to omega stimulant and won't find it suspicious"... and didn't really dived deep into it
I kinda wish they did more with his heart condition instead of loosely mentioning it, it was important but forgotten in the story
