I feel like there might be a plot twist about the kid. It might turn out that he is his brother and he is gay, i am not sure. Like why would you hesitate to say if someone is married or not, kinda doesn’t make sense
I think that's because they are all early 20 year olds, if you fostered a kid so young, people will think you knocked up someone and then had a shotgun marriage, it's not really seen as a positive thing. That's why just saying he's dating is better.
