Right? Especially based on the author's previous works people should be able to understand that's just the author's taste and art style and has nothing to do with pedophilia. Thinking that your partner is skinny and tiny doesn't mean you are seeing them as a child and are sexually attracted to children
I think some people are confusing the seme with a pedo. In asian culture they typically like women small and tiny and the same might apply for gays. So, he is not seeing the uke as a child but just a petite and tiny boy, which he is compared to the seme.
But yeah he's definitely using him, however, I guarantee it will be he fell first but he fell harder.
