What terrible pacing... But also, the characters are so unlikable?? The son is a delusional, manipulative horn dog and the dad doesn't even have a solid personalty yet. He's very much a doormat and is at the whim of the son. The story went from 0 to 10 real quick. I can see where the author is getting at. The premises will spark interest but this execution is just not it...
***Spoiler*** I think the most uncomfortable thing is the alpha keeps calling him dad and wanting to have a baby with him. This dude planned his rut around a typhoon to be trapped at his ex step-dad's place so they could get horny and preggers! In the first 4 chapters no less!! But, like, the dad is STILL letting him stay over and fuck him after all that?? Where's the logic in that? *RAAAAGEE* (╯•︿•)╯╧╧
