Not really it's understandable for both them ...I think people are just impatient and wanna see them fall in love so they could squeal and be happy but these characters are based on traumas that some of us gone through and not easily resolved...there are a lot of antagonist or outside parties that could have been reduced...but yeah...I think people are just desensitized like u said
Also, I think if you read it one sitting, there wouldn't have been an issue regarding the slow burn. It's not as if the plot isn't moving along.
Is her insecurities dragged out or have y'all just read too much manga with same plot?
