Yep. And honestly, he's a red flag because of bs with sucking off, however, there's clearly some backstory for that, not just "I want it, so do it". Otherwise, he's decent as far as shown for now. He obviously doing the club thing for MC, he gave him the modeling fee, and he obviously said that MC doesn't want to return to his house.
I personally think that it's too early to say he's total asshole, there's barely anything about him as a character. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
