Looking for title

The uke has to cross dress and act as if he's his childhood best friend who died in a car crash (?). So he can be her friend's rich grandfather's (?) caretaker. He gets fake engaged to the grandfather's son, who doesn't know he's a guy, to satisfy grandpa. 7 years later the son gets in a car accident and loses his memories and tries to reconnect with the uke to regain his memories ..
