Let’s be real everyone reads for smut. Wet Sand is one of my favorite storylines by far but Jo functions more as a mirror for Ian and TJ. He helps them reveal more about their nature that they’re not willing to admit to. What this does is make TJ & Ian closer to each other because they’re building empathy for each other as they confront the truth about their personalities. Jo’s function as a love interest of Ian is dull.
If you looking for a fap material this isn't for you lol. A proper foundation of a love relationship doesn't build on sex only. Communication, trust, emotional support, shared values and beliefs and quality time all contribute to a foundation that will help your relationship endure. TJ's relationship with Ian missing all of these aspects while Jo has in his relationship with Ian. If you only wanted to be fck buddies then you don't have to care about any of these things.
