If you wonder about the story (I have read the first chapter):
Light haired boy (Furuya) falls in love with the dark haired boy's sister (they work in the same shop), then asks him to be his friend to get close to her. However he gets rejected after his confession. Dark haired guy (Shinobu) comes to like Furuya while supporting him for his one-sided love. Shinobu's sister realizes how he feels about Furuya. (At the end of the chapter, Shinobu gives a letter of challenge to Furuya.)
I only found two images of the manga.
It depicts a boy tied up by a woman that was waiting for another man to enter the apartment (The woman seemingly is a friend of the second)
