The omega has a child with the alpha he went to college with and slept with but the alpha doesn't know that. Th alpha is very warm and a green flag overal, anti social though. The story had multiple side stories. The second story was of beta doctor and a rich brat alpha. The alpha mistakes the beta doctor for an escort of the first couple because he's just that pretty. He falls for him at first sight and things happen and he asks the doctor to leave his job of sex work to which the doctor plays along.
The setting of the second couple was at a vacation island. A chinese manhua and very cute pastel kinda art
