The dads' story took place in a different time/era ppl think different back then, I'm not condoning the use of homo in derogatory means, that's bad, but also try to widen your understanding of the story rather than outright saying this is bad I don't like it. Also can't the top is clearly confused about his sexuality, his perceptions. I hate that we've become so one dimensional when understanding characters
