Let's start first with her sleeping arrangement, aside from "she's naked underneath" she looked like she came from her wardrobe/bathroom to get changed and went straight to bed because who sleeps like that facing at the ceiling after sex? (Based on the movies I watched they dont sleep like that after sex so Im basing it on that). Also the bed looked too clean if they did had sex.
