I feel bad that many of you don’t want the top and bottom to ended up together in their new lives. And yet the author made it their purpose to rewrite the story two more time, just for them to end up together in both those worlds, hahahaha.
I honestly don’t understand why this story couldn’t just end in tragedy. Was it necessary to create two more storylines? I feel like they’re never truly happy in their new lives, they keep thinking about the past one. Aeroc never forgets his kids in his new life and the Top (Klopp) forever feels guilty that he couldn’t apologize to Aeroc, regardless that they’re together in the end. This story 1st season ending is giving Wuthering Heights.
Someone had a theory that the whole s2 was just Aeroc’s dream, because in the novel he keeps coming back to the cabin when he sleeps in this new world.
In Clough’s return it’s more like representation of hell, it’s a peaceful suffocating hell where no one will understand his suffering.
