I'm not good in Korean so I'll give a gist from the image alone.also my mind is a lil foggy so I might did some little mistakes here
So basically there's this reverend at the orphanage who's in charge with their adoption. The mc found out that the man who's gonna adopt the ml is a pedophile, like the way he touches kid shows it. MC was Hella mad and swore to protect the ml cuz ya know they close.
So they decided to run away together, MC asked the ml to wait for him at a certain place while he follows suit. He went back to the orphanage, probably to take some of his stuff and had a fight with the reverend while the pervert old man is waiting to take the ml
They had a huge fight and the ml run away. He realized he didn't have any money or anything so he decided to steal money/wallet but he got beaten up so bad and went to the hospital, unconscious
The ml waited for him but Welp, MC didn't show up. Some gangster dude adopted him or something. He viewed MC left him as a betrayal for him
The way this shit can be solved with just talking
