basically MC becomes a masochist and gets addicted to being abused?? Her and ML break up or something and she gets brutally murdered while having sex with a stranger. I honestly don't know myself because I don't speak Japanese but that's the gist of it. All I know is that it went super downhill, and it doesn't get better
