My current take is that Shizuma knows the doctor is a guy (seems fairly obvious at this point) and doesn't even consider him as a potential partner, so he's too dense to realize how the situation looks to Minato (who thinks the doctor is female).
Right??? Like Minato is the only one who's being a good bf while Shizuma is just going into red flag territory. What's next? Is Yuka going to turn into one of those girl best friends who hate the girlfriend???
I'm sorry but I HATE people who don't set boundaries when they have a partner. Like if you know that someone is flirting/interested, WHYYY would you just not completely block them off and tell them no?? Like I get that you're "too much of a good guy or whatever" but still.
