Where ML will regret how he treated him and probably try to get him back. Ending can be either 2 things; they end up together(most scenario), or we receive a bitter sweet ending.
I hope there will be actual growth with the ML and he realizes he is in the wrong. Otherwise I won't hesistant to go into this manhua and hit him myself tch. But this seems like it has potential so I will stick around.
