Genuinely tho, why does he not understand the main issue that minato is having?? Like do you not get why minato is upset??

Shizuma rlly thinks its okay to have the director to invade his personal space as long as minato doesnt find out, like boy what is so hard to understand?? How would you feel if minato had a hot employer up in his personal space? Why is shizuma so clueless in this matter??

I would say, that he understands and reassures Minato, damn he even wants to move in together! And for now the director didn't really do anything?? They're just working? If I'm not mistaken they didn't even touch, like it's always in mangas "the accidental hand touch"
If the roles were reversed, of course Shizuma would be pissed as well, we saw it already, but with Minato the problem is his childhood trauma, not normal jealousy. There's a lot of flashbacks in Minato's pov and he spins those thoughts like crazy in his mind.

As it's going, the director most probably will go for Shizuma, but as of now nothing f***ing happened! Is he supposed to quit his job? Because basic human interactions are a huge no no? That's not how it works, bro

I read the chapter summary somewhere, apparently, Shizuma and the director finished the house call but on their way back to the office, the director suddenly crave sweet so she/he took a detour and went to a cafe instead. They talked and shared some deep thoughts while eating there. They were at the cafe for some time and it got late so instead of taking Shizuma back to the office, the director took Shizuma to the store to shop for clothes for his date and then dropped him off at the meeting spot. Shizuma forgot his phone so the director gave it to him and her/his hair got stuck on the car window so Shizuma brush the hair for the director and smile at the director and told the director to be careful with her/his hair because it’s special since she/he is keeping the hair long for prayer meanwhile Minato saw everything and every action Shizuma do for the director.

I understand that Shizuma is a sociable person and does not think much but is it normal to be that physical or close with your boss. Minato had shared to him he doesn’t like him close with the director but it seems he isn’t taking that seriously. Not that Minato is not wrong. Minato is wrong for being too jealous and overthinking and not trusting his partner but is it so hard for Shizuma to take some step to distant his distance with the director. Work is work so it’s understandable but most of their interactions does seems suspicious. He don’t get close like that with his other co-worker so why only the director. He shared feelings he’s never shared with Minato with the director. Went out shopping for clothes for his date with the person his BF told him not to get close with. Went to his date on a ride with the person his BF told him not to get close to.

Shizuma is a loving and very patient BF I do praise him for that. He always comfort and try to understand Minato but his not thinking much of a brain is hurt his partner. He probably think it’s nothing much but it can hurt his partner to see him so close to another person which he isn’t like that with just anyone. Because if so then why is Minato only feeling like this guy with the director. It means he feel something iffy. Still love Shizuma but he needs to have boundaries.

he did reassure minato but minato didn’t just need reassurance. i mean, i would break too if my boyfriend was acting very chummy with his ex and then reassured me and then now that he’s had this boundary problems with his director, he’s gonna reassure me again, i can already see the pattern, and it’s gonna repeat, repeat, repeat. minato knows very well that shizuma will not cheat and i don’t think it’s cheating that is weighing him down rn, reassuring him wouldn’t solve everything. anyone wouldn’t like it if their lover can’t create boundaries with other people. but minato can’t voice out his thoughts rn because he thinks it’s ’selfish’ and more importantly he thinks he’s gonna be like his mom, a raving lunatic woman driven by jealousy. also, the fact that shizuma’s even finding this whole thing ‘cute’ ? when in fact it’s not cute. shizuma is a little too oblivious in this arc that it hurts seeing them circling arounf the problem. the boss.. don’t even get me started on the boss, i just hate her, unprofessional and rude, she’s one of the main reasons they’re having this issue but ig that’s good because sooner or later they’ll have to address this to become a healthier couple

Don’t like the boss too. Seems narcissistic, in my opinion. Doesn’t care to acknowledge any co-workers name. Knowing full well Shizuma has an appointment to attend to after the house call but still choose to detour to eat sweets (not even important). Very inconsiderate of others people time and expect other people to go by theirs.
