He was taking a medication on his own that turned him into an omega. The medication the ML gave him later, made it permanent but it did say that the change from the original booster could have been permanent.
I don’t find it to be a horror story I just find it confusing. The ML when he was younger liked the MC when he was an alpha—- Where the author does a horrible job- is explaining why couldn’t the ML try to be with the MC when he’s an alpha. I highly doubt the rumor of only liking omegas was that serious- Also I mean the ML liked the MC- he is a dominant omega he could have easily made the MC his with his pheromones- why the omega decides one day he has to be the top is where I am confused. I feel like the changing of alpha to omega was completely unnecessary- he could have just seduced the MC while the MC is an alpha to become the uke using his dominant pheromones, I would have preferred they switch it up at least from time to time —as long as this switching to an omega x omega pairing means there is no chance for children :(
The author just doesn’t make sense the ending was super rushed. Also I wish the author can explain whether omega x omega pairing if they are able to have children together because if they can’t that’s just the nail in the coffin for this story for me.
