Nobody used his trauma for every thing he did wrong. Just this situation. Minato himself can’t get over it alone, he needs support. Trauma isn’t easy so don’t downplay trauma. Unless that isn’t your intention my bad.
But I do agree that he should try to overcome it, he and Shizuma needs to communicate more (which they do btw)

trauma or not, your boss keeping your underwear in their pockets is a no no on every level, especially now that he and shizuma are spending so much more time together.

Well yeah I wasn't referring to this chapter just I've seen comments saying bad things for shizuma like he is so nice and kind and I'm wondering why they say so many bad things about him
Give shizuma a rest his is not an angel and we know Minato has a trauma but that shouldn't be used as an excuse every time I don't disagree with shizuma should talk to Minato but Minato himself should try get over this trauma (didn't say it's easy) with shizuma's help ╮(￣▽￣)╭
