Well few things.. this is for the future --> 1. set your browser to delete history when you close or just not save history at all, 2. Make sure to check the history each time and delete it yourself OR just use chrome incognito mode for mangas and not worry a thing ever.

As for what's happened now, he might just be surprised you're int manga or understand you're in that kinda phase of your life, curiosity. Happened to me one time i was cooking and left my phone on the dinning table and my mom whose prone to touching anything that doesnt belong on a table took my phone and pressed the home button and viola!
