He offered a deal of sex against money, and while enjoying that deal was often forceful, repeatedly pushing Euihyun out of his comfort zone (going too deep, disregarding his discomfort). He frequently told him downgrading and insulting things (that he's cheap, that he's dumb, and so on). Taeju is collecting debt from Euihyun even though he never contracted it personally (most likely illegal and undoubtedly immoral) which, among other issues, creates the daunting threat of prostitution for Euihyun. When Euihyun decided to go to the prostitution house, Taeju forcefully took him there without any emotional and practical preparation and through him on the bed of a client. Then, he demanded - as Euihyun's only alternative to repeating that traumatising experience - that Euihyun stays all the time in the apartment to be available to him, meaning he physically and socially isolated him. After that, there's the rut rape.
