Also, Minato didn't lash out to Shizuma like he did back then so ig that's a change in his side. For Shizuma, however, he really needs to stop active naive at all times. If Minato is too sensitive, then Shizuma is too insensitive. He needs to know that he should set a boundary especially with his boss. That's his boss. Hiding and meddling with someone's underwear, especially your coworker's, is NOT okay. It will never be. That's just stepping out of line bro. Shizuma should have felt uncomfortable with that in the first place, but he didn't.
Nevertheless, both of them really needs to talk to each other.

You should be feeling bad about them they eventually ask shizuma why he's dating Minato and say it would be better to break up with him because of how busy he is. I'm also pretty sure they grow feelings for shizuma but I forgot. Also pretty sure they are a guy not a girl.
However after onadera tells shizuma he should break up with Minato. Shizuma finally draws a line and says no. ( I can send the link of where I found this info if you want. It's like 5 chaps away)
THAT SCENE PISSED ME OFF SO MUCH but it was relieving to see how shizuma FINALLY draws the line. onodera seems to be a character that serves to strengthen minato's and shizuma's relationship

I understand where everyone is coming from— from Shizuma's laid back attitude to Minato being jealous and not being able to voice it out. But I also get why Shizuma and Minato is like who they are. Shizuma is really kind in nature so I can't really expect him to know about the jealousy of Minato if Minato don't communicate with him. At the same time, I also understand Minato's jealousy especially when he grew up seeing the negative side of a romantic relationship. It's probably not because he don't trust Shizuma, it might be because he cannot easily change the fact that despite all the assurance, he still feels jealous at times. He said he'll trust Shizuma and he is trying to do that, I believe, but we can't really expect him to do that easily and fast. It's not realistic to expect someone to change overnight. Though I might say that he should really work on his behavior because it's quite tiring seeing all of this miscommunication and jealousy repeatedly. And Shizuma really needs to set his boundaries right. He should really stop saying "It's okay if you did that to me, but he might not be ok with it." kind of thing.
