No need to dismiss my opinion so flippantly.
To your point I stated a great many rapists are men which I have first hand experience with but I feel this is a result of cultural/societal norms, nuture as opposed to nature.
With the exception to some neural divergent people the inclination to do a most things moral good or bad are learned behaviors.
Racism, sexism, ageism etc. are not inherent traits to anyone man, woman, or otherwise.
I am a black queer man raised by a single mother who instilled in me respect for people especially women. I learned from her how imbalanced society is on various axis points. I know many people who’ve been assaulted my mother and I included.
Some rapist do it for dominance, some (which was my case) a reenactment of trauma induced on them. In both cases I think there is a lapse in proper nurturing to give perspective and compassion beyond one’s own experience and wants not because of an inherent trait in the sexes.
I will always say the most people but especially are raised/taught poorly as it pertain to social mentality and emotional intellect. Because unfortunately those concepts are currently seen as feminine in the zeitgeist and in a lot of western society the feminine is stupidly synonymous with undesirable.
But I digress I just wanted to give a different perspective to consider. We all have our thoughts. Much Love.
