i watched the drama first before i read this. imo, there's too many scenes in this manhwa that they didn't add in the drama but it's not upsetting actually, for me, the drama has its own style and the actors pulled it off. it's cute and fluffy. there are not much conflict as this one, but overall, it's worth to watch. you should try it. ( don't expect it to be exactly like this manhwa though, you'll be disappointed.)

QUESTION: is the animation and drama worth it?
Probably the 1st manhwa or korean bl webtoon that I love so much. No boring chapter. Their personalities are very refreshing to me. the best enemy to lovers trope i guess.
