    Based on history that I read, she really but never give birth. People said false pregnancy but the truth is still unknown

    There's also a false symptom irl when your belly can grow large as if pregnant, but there's no baby in it. Never really find a credible scientific article about it, but i've seen some local news reporting about it

    Queen Mary of England seemed to have had more than one. Its not an undocumented phenomenon, but ofc without concrete cause it could just be more than one illness randomly presenting similar to pregnancies all being grouped together. Mostly people suspect tumors.

    Not quite this, but there is a documented phenomenon of fetuses dying and then calcifying over decades instead of being passed. Theyve found these stone-babies inside of living women.
