Y'ALL I WAS TRUE ALL ALONG. see my comments must be under of alot of people. I knew it!! That somehow the reason seo-in has changed as a person must be because of yeongwoon. Yeongwoon did leave, which basically means abandoned for seo-in. They're both in love with each other but seo-in's still bitter about the past of leaving him. While yeonwoon is insecure and still haunted by past of his adopted brother who most probably like seo-in and threw out major misunderstanding.
