She gets angry and feels betrayed and leaves to go back to her Fife and she stays there for years and even birthed a child whom she treats poorly all because he looks like his father(Will/bill). She stays angry for quite a while after which she goes to the kingdom to give the kid to the emperor (ML) and she leaves again(?) But they reconcile after 4years or smt and ends up together
