his power is called plunder, if it comes in contact with someone directly it decrease their skill stat by a lot (you'll see soon) and also nulls skills, pretty op in close combat style of fighting stw does (or just in general)..... the skill has actually a lot more going on than that but that's big spoilers for very later in the story ~~~
My gosh what is that power? It looks like some sort of attack enhancement, like multiplying the damage of one hit.
