So to answer your questions:
-there are 3 main characters
1) the older brother: the very first dark-haired guy we see in chapter 1
2)the long-haired younger brother: he hasn't showed up yet but he has long blond hair pulled into a pony tail and always seems nicer/more sociable than the other brother. He likes the older brother.
3)the short-haired younger brother: he's the guy that was shirtless in t he first chapter and has short dark hair as a child (tho I think it's less prominent in ch.1). He's less sociable but also likes the older brother.
-the younger brothers thus fight for the older one
-and we don't know about uke/seme because it hasn't been revealed even in the Chinese raws
The parents of the twin brothers adopted the uke (Ling Wei) whom is older than the twins. This is a military family. Both twins fell in love with him and have maintained a rivalry since they were children, each vying to win the uke's affections; however, based on the Raws, it seems that the blond twin (Lin Qian) possesses a more malicious streak than the black haired twin (Lin Han). At this point it is not clear who the Uke is attracted to; but I ship him with the black haired twin. BTW, the twins grow up to be seme gorgeous looking much taller than the delicate looking Uke. In this chapter, the older brother/uke Ling Wei, goes to see Ling Han (nose bleed!...), whom is the blackhaired twin. Lin Qian, whom is not shown here is the blond haired twin.

Also in the first chapitre the black haire one is he the twen or the big brother ; coz the two balck hair boy resemble in the draw and its difficulte to make the difference between theme???
