I feel like most ppl won't care about this I'm thinking yes I think diring the time before they met again he didn't have sex with anyone because when with the red haired guy he was like I don't need to hesitate anymore now he's married which makes me think he hadn't gotten with any other guy because of him then after they part ways after meeting again and breaking up he then meets other men which is why he says he met so many men but this could be wrong he could've fucked others before they met again idk
Also I feel bad for the uke he was left and no matter how many men he slept or dated with he couldn't move on me personally I don't think sleeping with lots of ppl to move on is the right way about it like after a couple you know you need to heal and that sleeping with others trying to fall in love wont help but he just wanted love so I can't really blame him for that
