Basically the author/artist of this comic was dealing with their father's medical bills (if I remember correctly? It was something like that) and was asking people to stop uploading their work to sites like this so they can make the money they need (not sure but they might have even contacted the uploader directly about it)
The uploader took it personally and got super heated about it and just ranted in the uploader notes multiple times about how awful the author was and refused to upload side chapters that were promos for their physical novel or other means for them to make money
