She gave hienrey a love potion because she was in love with him and tried to have him take her in as a mistress. But Hienrey had her look like a liar and she went away and committed suicide
Also I feel like I have to say this, but Christa's situation was beyond help. She publicly embarrassed herself beyond salvation, like nothing she could've done would've saved her from what she did
