I might believe that if it was otherwise pretty clear this dude doesn't know what he's doing. He's got a 16 gauge needle on that thing like he's about to deliver some PPG into a jersey cow's glutial muscle.

It doesn't make sense for him to jab that thing into his hand, of ALL places. The butt or upper arms or even the neck makes more sense. Like if he wants it dispersed effectively you'd think he'd go for the jugular or smthng.
These guys just carrying around uncapped syringes like sterile injection sites haven't been invented yet.
