Hmm...reading over this again and I don't think I misinterpreted that, we just have different definitions of romance. Their relationship is abusive and not something I can consider romantic in anyway. Romantic abusive relationship just sounds too contradictory. My opinion from my previous comment stands. I still like the manhwa but I don't view their relationship as romantic.

I'm sure I'm not the only person reading this, liking it, and acknowledges that it's an abusive relationship. I think Sangwoo views Bum as an object, much like a security blanket for a child. Just because he's caring one day, doesn't mean he will be the next. Thats not romance, it's abuse. If he really cared that much about him he'd have some sense of remorse for all the harm he's caused Bum. In the beginning chapters Sangwoo is just toying with Bum and seeing how far he'd go, similarly to his other victims. Now he's possessive of Bum with no consideration for how he feels. After all this, I'm not yet convinced that Bum even feels the same way he felt initially about Samgwoo. He looked quite traumatized after the events of chapter 10 and was very hesitant in that hug. I read this because I like psychological stories with complex characters not simply because it has yaoi. If I didn't like it I'd see no reason to invest either time or money on it every week. You don't have to be a fucked up person to like a fucked up story.
