He was one of Asamis Subordinates managing a suspicious club, was in love with Asami so he was jealous of Akihito, he betrayed Asami by hurting Akihito, some weapon deals involved there was this huge fight relating to Akihito, Asami and also himself getting sent to hospital where Akihito was kidnapped by sakazaki I guess while Asami wasn't conscious yet... Then a lot of things happend but that's the origin
What can I say, I'm a sucker for happy ending even for Sudoh. I'm glad that he has a "home" now and I really felt bad for what he went through eventhough he's a bad guy in previous volumes.
