Depends how high you define worth
One of the darkest, twisted, and most unique stories I’ve read tbh. There’s no happy ending or anything. Worth reading if you like messed up stuff
it has a LOT of gratuitous rape. the art style is pretty, but the subject matter is very dark - gangrape, drug addiction, PTSD with some piss sprinkled on top to finish it off - so please be aware you're okay with that kind of subject matter. as for the character development or plot, there's none.
