Well he doesn't have any quirk in the first place so..
im thinking maybe hell get his theorized original quirk back? bc the doctor he saw when he was a kid was the doctor that worked for afo, soooo....

I mean if Deku really does lose all his quirks, I feel like we all saw this coming, but Idk I feel like Horikoshi will throw in some crazy last curveball and allow Deku to have some kinda quirk so he can continue to be a hero, lolll I can't wait to see. my hero academia will always be one of my all time favs no matter what <3
