Is rape ok in yaoi or omegaverse ?

I’ sorry, i didn’t read this specific title, but i read the summary and it’s plenty horrific
How come it has such a huge rating and people are so tolerant of abuse when you add omegaverse or yaoi to the description ?
If it was any usual romance, everyone would just cringe at the idea it can end with both the offender and the victim having a « happy ending «  ?

I am also not sure of what to think of the surrogacy thing

But at least, when it comes to abuse, i was so relieved to see less and less of chinese josei translations that are based on toxic relationships that i can’t figure why they would be welcomed when you change the gender of the protagonist :/

i think when the author doesn't portray it like how sexual assault is in real life (life long trauma) people just disassociatei t with the real thing plus it helps when its not drawn super graphic
