I don't really like the obsessive type, and the man is so booooring. Srly the man has nothing going on: Dark past? Boo get in line, there are a a thounsand MLs that have it. Personality? Looking bored as hell 24/7 is not a personality. He has only the looks which is a given in al BLs and fits the obsessive "yandere like" mold.
Srly, the man doesn't even have chemistry with the MC. Honestly? None of these MLs do. The MC finds the prince annoying but not in a playful way, I'm pretty sure the dude seriously wants to avoid him.
The only decent one is beast boy, but considering that the Duke is probably the final ML, we can forget all the character development to poor beast boy.
