Communication who?

This story is close to a hundred chapters and the fl and ml still can't communicate properly with each other (and it's not because of fl's speech impediment). It seems like after being married for so long, they still don't know each other in a deeper level. Literally, they don't know anything about each other's past aside from their bodies because all they do is have seggs. Riftan can't seem to comprehend Maxi's will to learn magic and treats her like a child, while Maxi can't understand that she could die from war cause her mage skills still sucks bawls. Istg, this story was good but now it's giving me headaches. (￣∇￣")
