I'm gonna repeat this again.

We are aware that Dokja's love for Joonghyuk is platonic. Ofc u can ship them but don't go overboard saying it's canon as that is false advertising.

It can scare away readers who want to read this masterpiece but don't want to read bl.

And also make bl fans read it for bl but get disappointed when they realize it's not a bl whatsoever.

I also wanted to read this way be4 but due to all the shippers keeping claim that it's bl. I didn't read it for 2 whole years but then my bsf told me to try it. So now I can see how much of a masterpiece I had missed.

Didn't the authors said something along those lines? Like it's up to the readers if they saw their relationship as platonic or romantic.

It's more of a "it's platonic, but we don't stop you from interpreting it in a romantic way".

Now my point is that, as they said it's not canonically romantic, people should not false advertise it cus it can leave a distasteful aftertaste to readers and can block off their enjoyment. Some Joongdok shippers tend to hardcore claim it canon making alot of readers leave/avoid reading it.

I'm a nutshell, don't spread fake news because it can affect others enjoyment
