    I like it this way tbh, bc mind u, he's only been learning for roughly a year so it wont make sense for it to just be able to effortlessly beat up those who have been learning to control and polish their powers since they were children. It shows character and opens a gateway for growth. It wont make sense for him to be immediately OP nor does it make sense for jiwoo to just go around beating up people significantly weaker than him because that's not how he is as a person. He's much like kayden in regards that he findss value in fighting opponents significantly stronger and more experienced that him.

    its written logically like that. i only wish to see a funny and 'unexpected' strong character that's actually not as strong as they think. like that new awakener getting kicked by Subin lmfaooo
