I can relate so maybe I can explain a few things that might fall into the Okay category to keep from Great. 15+ years of reading have escalated my standards too. XD
The art has a more sketch-like feel to it with soft colours, not too much details in shading/highlights and broken up lineart that is quite thin, making it feel a bit unfinished. That IS a flavour of art but not everybody likes it and finds it great.
Overall the anatomy is basic, nothing to copy-pasta but also not defined in stylization like most others. Which can throw it out the Great category for many people that have read lots of detailed, high quality comics and seen the artwork there.
The anatomy is wonky sometimes, minimally so but it can still be a big factor. Which is also my reason for finding it Okay to Nice. It's not bad tho.
Think of it like you liking a certain flower. You find others pretty too but THAT one over there is just prettier or smells nicer. (⌒ v ⌒)
