When will be realise that he needs respect. Because he's older and he deserves respect after everything he's been through. That's what I mean
I don’t know much of the boss and employee aspect in Korea works and how that affects any thing.
But I do know Korea is one of those countries that respects when they are older. That is why they have titles and honorifics. The older you are, the more respected you are. (You probably know it.)
Since he is older he should have respect but having a boss that is younger than you could be playing a role in this too. Because they respect their bosses.
This is the beginning chapters of when the fake relationship ends. It would be interesting in how this dynamic would work out when they are actually a couple and maybe no longer boss/employee in some senses.
