Actually she's the current duke's daughter, the twins we're the dead brothers children. I think they switched identities leaving Katisha's mother in the imperial family's care. But before she died she left her child to grandpa (He knows everything) The current Duke didn't know her lover was pregnant.

What if she's actually a royalty but not in their nation like in a different country and she didn't got piked up by her grandpa and like "oh is that an orange in a cloth nevermind its child, your my grandchild now" No! Her parents gave her to grandpa to protect her
I also think she's the author of the story and when the episode stop getting upload cuz she died
