Hmm I see some people are blaming Ei. Pardon me, but I was thinking differently.
For me, during the past, Ei realized that his undying love for Jin will never come true, which is why he was frustrated and ended up playing around with Angelo. Ei & Angelo's relationship is somehow like Junjou's Usami & Hiroki and Sekaiichi's Takano and Yokozawa (licking each other's wound? well, a bit different tho).
Ei wasn't being an asshole, he was just heartbroken, just like any other heartbroken man. Seeing your beloved who was always right beside you marrying another person was too heavy for him to handle. Not that he could interfere with Jin's marriage, since Jin even had a child with his wife.
As for me, I do think Jin was selfish (before he became honest with his feelings for Ei). He married other person, had a child, yet always keeping Ei on his side eventho he knew Ei's feeling for him, being mad at the idea of Ei getting married. It feels like he wants both; fulfilling his duty, and keep being loved by Ei...although that means torture for Ei.
After all, everything was in the past. Both made a mistake and that's why they have to learn together on how to correct those mistakes from now on :)
p/s: sorry for the long post..this is just my own personal opinion as a fan of this couple. I'm sure their love is deep and will not waver from these kind of misunderstanding, so I will keep cheering for them :)
